Nice environment. Unit is as per shown in the pictures, clean and big space. A famous leng cafe just located next door make it as a plus point as it is very convinient to have a breakfast there. Behind the apartment got Mookata restaurant, opposite the road can go kampung tinggi pasar. Nearby also got a lot of good seafood restaurant. Janda baik also very near. Overall, location super, scenery view super, unit luxury, good service!

Booking under bed type does not match. Disappointed with the hotel. Swimming pool area too dark during at night. Can’t swim at all. Danger. Outside landscape is good.

As I am writing to express our unhappiness and frustrations regarding the 8 persons suite apartment provided to us without air conditioning. While we appreciate the eco-friendly/carbon emissions initiatives promoted, we were disappointed to find that lack of air conditioning was not clearly stated on the booking confirmation website. The mention of electric fan without any clear indication that air conditioning was not provided is a gray area that led to misunderstanding ,arguments and delayed check in during our check in process. I am sure there were many similar arguments from other guests regarding this unit in the past. It would definitely be helpful and for better clarity for your future guests that this non provision of aircon information is clearly highlighted in your website as it can significantly impact the comfort of guests stay. We were looking forward to a relaxing gateway and the unanticipated absence of air conditioning in a hot tropical climate has left us feeling unpleasant and unhappy about our choice of choosing your resort. ft us feeling quite unhappy about our choice
